SMS Consent

When you provide your phone number through our website form or by calling (208) 304-7247, you agree to receive transactional text messages from Water Heaters Unlimited related to your service request — including appointment confirmations, technician on-the-way alerts, written-quote follow-ups, and invoice reminders.

Marketing messages

Marketing or promotional SMS (e.g., maintenance reminders, seasonal specials) are sent only with your separate explicit opt-in, which we record at the time you give consent. We do not enroll you automatically.

Frequency

Message frequency varies. For an active service request, expect 1–5 messages. Marketing messages, if you opt-in, are no more than 4 per month.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Water Heaters Unlimited does not charge for SMS, but your mobile carrier may.

How to opt out

Reply STOP to any text message at any time to unsubscribe. You will receive one confirmation message. After that, we will not send further SMS unless you opt back in. To get help, reply HELP or call us.

Data sharing

We do not share your phone number or SMS opt-in status with third parties for their own marketing. We use a licensed SMS service provider to deliver messages on our behalf.
