Terms of Service

By using this website (the “Site”) or requesting service from Water Heaters Unlimited(“Company”), you agree to these terms.

No estimate, no work, until you say go

Quotes provided through the Site, by phone, or in person are non-binding until you authorize the work in writing or by clear verbal agreement. The Company will not begin paid work without your explicit go-ahead.

Diagnostic and service fees

Standard on-site consultations and emergency diagnostics carry a fee that is disclosed before dispatch. Additional service-area fees may apply depending on location and are quoted up-front. If you proceed with a repair or install we quote, the diagnostic fee is credited against the work as described in our written quote.

Warranty

Labor warranties on installations are described in writing on each individual quote and invoice. Equipment carries the manufacturer's warranty, which we register on your behalf. Warranties do not cover damage caused by abuse, freezing, flood, vandalism, unauthorized modification, or use outside the equipment's rated specifications.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion unless financing has been pre-arranged. We accept major credit cards, ACH, and check. Past-due accounts may be subject to interest and collection costs to the extent permitted by Idaho law.

Site content

Site content — including photos, copy, and the “We warm up your day!” mark — is the property of Water Heaters Unlimited LLC or its licensors and may not be reused without permission. The Site may contain photos of equipment, installations, and brand names for illustrative purposes; brand mentions do not imply endorsement beyond the factory authorizations explicitly stated.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Idaho law, Company's liability for any claim arising out of the Site or services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. Company is not liable for incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts of Bonner County, Idaho.
