Tyson did a fantastic job installing our new water heater. He was respectful and polite and very quick.

Tyson came out quickly, diagnosed the problem, and ordered the needed part which he identified as under warranty. When the part was delivered he installed it efficiently, made a few plumbing additions, performed some system maintenance, and we were up and running. This is a hydronic installation operated with Takagi hardware. I felt fortunate to find someone who was quite knowledgeable about a semi-modern system.

Tyson responded to an issue we were having with our radiant floor heater boiler. I was out of the country trying to coordinate over the phone, and immediately felt relief when Tyson responded to my message. I appreciate that he specializes in these kind of systems, but also is from a family that does standard plumbing. Our system is up and running again, and I will continue to rely on Tyson and Water Heaters Unlimited for ongoing service needs. I highly recommend them.

They answered their phone on a Saturday and were at my home on Sunday — all at regular rates, which was incredibly appreciated.
